We're looking for a Senior Google Ads Manager who combines hands-on expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership skills to help take our Google Ads team to the next level. What You’ll Do Own campaign performance: Manage, optimize, and scale Google Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts. Drive measurable results: Improve CPL, CPA, conversion rates, and lead quality through data-driven strategies. Lead and mentor: Support Google Ads Specialists, oversee priorities, and help improve team performance. Solve problems: Identify underperforming campaigns, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions. Manage client relationships: Participate in performance calls, present results, and handle client escalations. Collaborate across teams: Work closely with Growth, Sales, Creative, Web/CRO, and other departments. Improve processes: Develop best practices, streamline workflows, and stay ahead of Google Ads updates. What We’re Looking For 6+ years of experience in paid advertising , with strong hands-on Google Ads expertise. Proven success managing lead generation campaigns and delivering measurable results. Experience running Google Ads campaigns for law firms, HVAC, roofing, plumbing, or similar service businesses . Advanced knowledge of Google Search, Performance Max, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization. Strong understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and campaign analytics. Ability to confidently analyze and communicate CPL, CPA, conversion rates, budgets, and lead quality. Experience managing multiple accounts and mentoring or leading paid media specialists. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work on-site in Orange County, California . Nice to Have Previous experience at a digital marketing or performance marketing agency . Experience with Google Local Services Ads (LSA). Familiarity with CRM platforms and lead tracking systems.
