Brake & Alignment Technician An employee who handles installation and service of brake, alignment, and suspension system parts and components, providing excellent customer service and completing work in accordance with company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct. Primary Responsibilities Installing or servicing hydraulic/electric brake system, suspension, alignment, drivetrain, and power steering parts and components. Testing and installing batteries. Dismounting/mounting tire and wheel assemblies; rebalancing wheels. Replacing, rebuilding, and/or recalibrating TPMS components. Using equipment and miscellaneous hand tools. Assisting other employees. Test driving vehicles. Operating service vehicles to perform off‑site and emergency road services. Providing excellent customer service and referring customers to other qualified employees as necessary. Qualifications Valid driver’s license. Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a rapid‑pace environment. Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 75 pounds. Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, continuous squatting, reaching, walking, and standing. Pay and Benefits $16.50 – $28.00.
