A pharmacy opportunity is available for a pharmacist with experience or interest in long-term care and mail order pharmacy environments. This contract-to-hire position offers consistent weekday hours with some weekend rotation, supporting a balanced work-life schedule.

Location: Middletown, OH
Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• Shift options: 8:00 AM – 4:45 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:45 PM
• Rotating every third weekend

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense and verify medications in compliance with regulations
• Provide expert pharmaceutical care specific to long-term care and mail order settings
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain comprehensive patient medication records and ensure regulatory adherence

Qualifications:

• Valid Ohio pharmacy license is required
• Experience in long-term care pharmacy is a strong plus
