What You’ll Do

Lead shifts and keep the team on track while having fun

Support the GM in daily restaurant operations

Maintain company standards for food, service, and cleanliness

Coach and develop team members

Deliver top-notch customer service and build guest loyalty

Help drive restaurant growth and operational excellence

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 17 years old

Authorized to work in the U.S.

1+ year of leadership or restaurant experience (a plus!)

Positive energy, fun attitude, and a People First mindset

Ability to communicate well with a diverse team

Desire to grow personally and professionally
