This position is ideally suited for someone with experience in recruiting Technology and Product Development & Design candidates. You will develop relationships with hiring managers, internal client groups and candidates throughout the recruitment process. In this role, you will:Manage full-cycle recruitment experiences for Product Development & Design, as well as our Technology teamsActively screen, evaluate and network with top talent utilizing innovative recruiting approachesPartner with our Talent Attraction Sourcing and Search PartnersDevelop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and all internal stakeholdersComplete reporting of activities weeklyMaintain a high-level candidate experienceRequired Skills and Experience:5+ years of technical recruiting experienceStrong candidate sourcing and networking skillsDemonstrated ability to recruit for a broad range of positions at all levels is also desiredExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsSelf-motivated and proactive approachProcess orientedCan work autonomouslyAmazing ability to create partnerships with internal and external stakeholdersExperience using Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse is a plus)
