Patient Care Coordinator

Southern Dental Associates, supported by Smile Brands, is seeking a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) to join our growing team in Webster, TX. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient experiences.

M-F 8-5P as needed

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients in a warm, professional manner
• Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently
• Verify and process dental insurance information
• Handle patient inquiries both in person and over the phone
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Support the clinical team with administrative and front office tasks

Qualifications

• Previous dental or healthcare front office experience preferred
• Experience with insurance verification and coordination is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Bilingual a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting
