Powered by 200+ destinations, 1.2B annual visits, and first-party behavioral data, SMN enables advertisers to connect with high-value consumers through audience activation, on-property digital out-of-home advertising, and off-platform media channels.By combining audience intelligence, media activation, and real-world measurement, SMN helps brands reach consumers throughout the path to purchase while delivering measurable business results beyond traditional media metrics.The RoleWe are seeking a Vice President to drive new business across priority non-endemic categories, including CPG, Financial Services, Travel, Auto, and other high-growth sectors. This hands-on sales role will be accountable for developing advertiser and agency relationships, building a strong pipeline, and closing significant new revenue through Simon Media Network, as well as Simon's on-property media portfolio, including digital out-of-home advertising.Leveraging Simon Media Network as a differentiated entry point, this individual will introduce advertisers to Simon's audience, activation, measurement, and media capabilities while developing solutions that may include audience-led activation, off-platform media, on-site DOOH advertising, and integrated media programs.The ideal candidate is a proven senior seller who can create a market, not simply manage an existing book of business. This individual brings deep relationships, strong commercial judgment, and a relentless focus on prospecting, advancing opportunities, and closing significant new business.What You'll Do· Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for priority non-endemic categories while building and leading a small team focused on driving growth and new business development.· Maintain disciplined pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and CRM reporting across non-endemic opportunities.· Develop senior-level relationships with brand leaders, agencies, media investment teams, and strategic partners.· Develop compelling sales solutions using Simon Media Network and Simon's on-property media portfolio, including digital out-of-home advertising.· Personally lead high-value opportunities from initial engagement through negotiation and close.· Build and manage a robust pipeline of new national partnerships while ensuring forecasting accuracy and consistent CRM discipline.· Partner with Commerce Media, Client Success, Marketing, Insights, Legal, and other cross-functional teams to develop compelling proposals and execute programs.· Identify new sales opportunities that expand Simon's relevance with non-endemic brands.· Represent Simon Media & Experiences in executive client meetings, industry events, and marketplace engagements.· Provide market intelligence and advertiser feedback to inform product development, sales strategy, investment priorities, and the broader growth roadmap.What You Bring· 12+ years of experience in advertising, media, retail media, digital, experiential, strategic partnerships, or related revenue-generating environments.· Demonstrated success building new categories, developing markets, and generating material revenue from the ground up.· Experience leading sales efforts and coordinating resources around complex opportunities.· Established relationships with senior marketing executives, agencies, and decision-makers across non-endemic categories, with particular relevance to CPG, Financial Services, Travel, and Auto.· A consistent track record of structuring, negotiating, and closing complex, high-value partnerships.· Strong understanding of modern media planning, audience targeting, activation, measurement, and integrated advertising solutions.· Ability to translate complex capabilities into clear, differentiated business value for executive audiences.· Executive presence, commercial judgment, and strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.· Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to create structure, move quickly, and succeed in a fast-growing and evolving business.Why This RoleSimon Media Network represents a significant growth opportunity within one of the country's most valuable consumer ecosystems. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon various factors, including an individual’s skills, experience and qualifications and the geographic location of the job.
