Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough research, identify, and engage with new clients to effectively promote services.
• Establish and manage a qualified lead pipeline to not just meet but exceed new business targets.
• Collaborate seamlessly with internal stakeholders throughout the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to successful deal closure.
• Develop tailored strategies and marketing approaches in alignment with the overarching philosophy and corporate strategy.
• Achieve income targets for new business based on local office operating plans.
• Identify market opportunities and strategically allocate internal resources to achieve new business objectives effectively.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 10+ years of proven experience in new business development within the digital marketing, advertising, or media industry.
• Demonstrated success in consultative sales roles, consistently exceeding new business targets.
• A robust understanding of digital and traditional media channels, including paid search, paid social, programmatic, display, linear TV, print, radio, OOH, and more.
• Proficiency in web-based technologies for business advertising and digital lead generation services.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with a knack for quick adaptation.
• Track record of preparing high-quality RFPs and engaging with C-level decision-makers in medium to large US-based companies.
• Strong business acumen to comprehend prospects across diverse industries.
• Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• High-energy and client-centric mindset, with a history of delivering innovative solutions.
• University degree, preferably in business or marketing.
• Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
