About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President for Home Care, a pivotal role that demands a strategic, growth-oriented, and operationally accomplished executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall performance, growth, and operations of the home care business, with a focus on extending the organization's reputation for exceptional service. This includes oversight of the Licensed Home Care Services Agency and the development and implementation of strategies to support growth, operational excellence, and service innovation. The role also involves building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, families, caregivers, and referral partners, as well as fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high-quality service. Applicants for the Vice President position should have significant leadership experience in private-pay home care or related home-based services, along with strong operational, financial, and business development expertise. The role requires a visible, relationship-oriented leader with a strong executive presence, capable of championing service excellence, innovation, and growth. The Vice President will work closely with the CEO, senior leadership team, and Board of Directors to advance strategic priorities, strengthen referral partnerships, and identify opportunities for growth and operational improvement. A key focus will be on maintaining exceptional client experiences and upholding the organization's mission, vision, and values in the service of older adults and their families.
