About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Digital Assets Portfolio Enablement and Governance. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the digital assets portfolio, ensuring that strategic initiatives are effectively planned, coordinated, and executed. This role requires a strong background in program management, business management, or related fields, with a focus on digital assets, blockchain, and financial technology initiatives. The Vice President will be the operational hub for the digital assets organization, managing interdependencies, maintaining governance processes, and providing leadership with actionable portfolio insights. Key responsibilities include portfolio management and execution, program governance, cross-functional enablement, portfolio analytics, and organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, 5-7 years of experience, and a proven track record of operating in highly regulated environments. They should possess exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, and be adept at influencing senior stakeholders. Experience with Agile delivery methodologies, technology development lifecycles, and a strong understanding of portfolio management and strategic planning are preferred. The role demands a candidate who can foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement, and who is capable of translating complex information into practical recommendations for senior management.
