About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Merchandising to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a design visionary with a strong background in product development, industrial design, and e-commerce. This role is pivotal in setting the vision for the product array, managing the product lifecycle, and leading a team to deliver high-quality products that align with the company's strategic objectives. The VP of Merchandising will also be responsible for fostering innovation, maintaining a focus on quality and style, and ensuring that the product offering is in line with market trends and consumer needs. A love for the wine lifestyle and a commitment to the brand's legacy are essential. Applicants for the VP of Merchandising position at the company should have over 5 years' experience in industrial design, product design, development, or manufacturing, with a proven track record in multi-channel direct-to-consumer commerce. The role requires a leader with excellent communication, analytical, and collaborative skills, who can inspire and motivate teams towards ambitious goals. A background in refrigeration or electronics manufacturing, familiarity with EOS, and experience with Netsuite are preferred.
