Support internship, early-career, and employee development programs. Assist with employee engagement, recognition, and company culture initiatives. Help coordinate training and professional development programs. Support performance management and career development initiatives. Assist with maintaining accurate employee information and HRIS records. Gain exposure to employee benefits, leave administration, and other HR programs.
