We are passionate about delivering rejuvenation and exceptional guest service, and we’re looking for dedicated team members who share our vision. --- Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and experienced F&B Supervisor to support daily kitchen operations at Zion Canyon Hot Springs. The ideal candidate will lead kitchen staff in delivering high-quality food in a timely, safe, and professional manner. This hands‑on role is essential in maintaining food safety standards, coordinating meal preparation, and ensuring a clean, efficient kitchen environment. --- Key Responsibilities Kitchen Operations & Food Preparation: Supervise all back-of-house operations during shifts, ensuring food is prepared, cooked, and presented to quality standards. Assist with food prep and line cooking as needed during peak hours. Ensure all kitchen areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with health codes and sanitation standards. Oversee and support inventory rotation (FIFO), stock levels, and communicate supply needs to the Food & Beverage Manager. Staff Supervision & Training: Lead, schedule, and motivate kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Train new team members on kitchen procedures, safety, and food handling protocols. Foster a collaborative team culture and encourage accountability and consistency. Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local health and food safety regulations. Monitor proper use and care of kitchen equipment and tools. Assist with kitchen inspections and maintain readiness for audits. Guest Service Support: Communicate clearly with front-of-house staff to ensure timely food service and address special dietary needs or guest requests. Uphold service standards that contribute to a positive guest experience. --- Qualifications Experience: Minimum 2 years of kitchen or culinary experience in a supervisory or lead role. Experience in hospitality, resort, or wellness settings is a plus. Strong leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen operations. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented and committed to cleanliness and food safety. Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Certifications (Preferred): ServSafe Food Handler or Manager certification.
