Position Overview
AO Globe Life is seeking a Virtual Financial Services Associate to support clients as they explore insurance products designed to help protect their financial well-being. You will work remotely with individuals and families, conduct needs-based conversations, and explain available coverage options.
This role is ideal for candidates who are driven, professional, and interested in building a career through strong communication, client service, and ongoing personal development.
Responsibilities
Work with prospective clients from company-provided warm leads
Schedule and complete virtual appointments
Conduct customer-focused needs reviews
Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options
Assist clients with understanding product benefits
Provide clear communication and timely follow-up
Maintain accurate client records
Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and leadership development
