Your daily tasks will include scheduling and preparing clients for appointments, responding to inquiries, and coordinating service requests. You'll also play a key role in financial education initiatives, ensuring clients are well-informed and confident in their financial journeys. Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients through phone, video, and email to provide timely and accurate information.

• Coordinate and schedule client appointments, ensuring all necessary preparations are made in advance.

• Respond promptly to client inquiries, addressing their needs with empathy and professionalism.

• Collaborate with Financial Advisors to deliver seamless service and support to clients.

• Facilitate financial education initiatives, empowering clients with knowledge and confidence.

• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and service requests for future reference.

• Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and contribute to service improvement strategies.

Qualifications:

• Experience in providing exceptional customer service in a retail or financial services environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively through phone, video, and email, ensuring clear and empathetic interactions.
• Proven track record of coordinating and scheduling appointments with precision and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and manage multiple client interactions efficiently.
• Ability to collaborate seamlessly with team members, particularly Financial Advisors, to enhance client service delivery.
• Experience in identifying opportunities to improve client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
• Comfortable assisting in the development and execution of educational initiatives to empower clients with financial knowledge.
