You'll be responsible for scheduling and preparing clients for appointments, responding to inquiries, coordinating service requests, and assisting with financial education initiatives. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and comfortable interacting with clients via phone, video meetings, and email. $70,500 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients through phone, video, and email to provide exceptional service and build lasting relationships.
• Coordinate and schedule client appointments, ensuring all necessary preparations are completed ahead of time.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries, offering clear and accurate information to enhance their financial understanding.
• Collaborate with Financial Advisors to support client needs and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Assist in organizing and executing financial education initiatives to empower clients with knowledge.
• Manage and resolve client service requests efficiently, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
• Document client interactions and updates in our CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date records are maintained.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service, preferably in a retail or financial services setting.
• Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients via phone, email, and video.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Strong organizational skills to manage appointments and client interactions efficiently.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems to document and track client information accurately.
• Ability to collaborate seamlessly with team members and Financial Advisors to meet client needs.
• Comfortable with multitasking and managing multiple client requests simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
