This position is a 7 on 7 off position working Wednesday-Tuesday on your week to work. Shift is 7 PM to 7:30 AM. This position will be every other weekend during the week you work. Holidays will be worked if it is your scheduled shift week. Overtime is earned at 80 hours a pay period. This position will require the ability to manage workflow while working independently on overnights. Multitasking, ability to adjust priorities and responding to codes traumas is essential. Skilled at specimen acquisition. Specific Job Duties/Responsibilities:/pulliDemonstrate the Winnebago Tribes core mission, vision, and values/liliUnder the direct supervision of the Laboratory Manager, the MT/MLT provides technical support by performing analyses, tests, and procedures that assist in the prevention, diagnosis, or treatment of diseases./liliAccessioning/ordering tests in the Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) and processing specimens with referral to the reference laboratories./liliOperates, maintains, and calibrates the equipment used to ensure it is operating efficiently and providing accurate results/liliPerforms basic troubleshooting as needed/liliMaintain documentation according to regulatory agencies and write laboratory policies and procedures./liliExposure to infectious clinical specimens on a regular basis, so adherence to sterilization and infection control procedures is required./liliThis position is responsible for using his/her skill, accuracy, proficiency and dedication to work in all laboratory sections performing analytical testing on patients specimens./liliCandidate must demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
