INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS MUST PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING:

Valid Business License (if necessary for the service type) Worker’s Compensation Insurance General Liability Insurance Federal EIN # Other verifiable business 18 years of age minimum Favorable background investigation results You can not be a sole proprietor The selected contractor will provide professional construction cleaning services, including: Rough Clean (as applicable) Removal of construction debris and dust Sweeping and vacuuming of surfaces Basic prep for finishing trades Final Clean Detailed dust removal (walls, ceilings, vents, fixtures) Cleaning of windows, frames, and glass surfaces Floor cleaning (vacuuming, mopping, polishing as needed) Restroom and breakroom detailing Removal of stickers, adhesives, paint overspray, and residue Touch-Up Clean Final detailing prior to occupancy or handoff Addressing punch-list cleaning items Work may include: Tight project timelines and coordination with other trades Daytime or after-hours access depending on project stage Large or multi-phase commercial environments You will be expected to deliver: Detailed, inspection-ready results under deadline We help you grow a real business - not just pick up extra work.
