Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm

Starting salary is $70, 000 or more depending on experience

What You'll Do


As an Occupational Therapist , you'll evaluate participant needs, develop individualized treatment plans, provide therapeutic interventions, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support each individual's progress.


Your responsibilities will include:

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and assessments to identify individual strengths, needs, and treatment goals.
• Develop and implement individualized, innovative treatment plans designed to improve functional abilities and independence.
• Monitor participant progress and complete re-evaluations and treatment modifications as needed.
• Manage an assigned caseload while ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of OT services.
• Develop appropriate home exercise programs and conduct home evaluations when necessary.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, rehabilitation professionals, direct care staff, families, consultants, and community resources to provide coordinated care.
• Participate as an active member of the interdisciplinary rehabilitation treatment team , including treatment meetings and conferences.
• Provide education and in-service training to team members within areas of occupational therapy expertise.
• Participate in departmental development, quality improvement initiatives, and effective operational planning.
• Maintain compliance with organizational, accreditation, licensure, confidentiality, and professional standards.
• Participate in continuing education, seminars, and required training to maintain and strengthen clinical knowledge.

What We're Looking For


Education & Experience

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Minimum of one year of human services experience
• Previous experience in neurorehabilitation is preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Licensure & Professional Requirements

• Current Occupational Therapist (OT/L) license in the state of practice
• Member in good standing with the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) , as required
