They collaborate closely with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and adherence to treatment plans. Challenges include handling a diverse patient population and rapidly changing conditions, requiring strong adaptability and problem-solving skills. Nurses also lead and mentor nursing staff, promoting high standards and teamwork in pursuing the facility's healthcare goals.
