Medical Specialist II - Ophthalmology - Naples, Miami, Ft. Myers

Territory: South Florida (Miami, West Palm Beach, Ft Lauderdale, Naples, Ft Myers, Sarasota, and other surrounding cities). A Typical Day Might Include The Following The Medical Specialist II reports to the Regional Director and is responsible for daily development and management of relationships with Retina Specialists and other customer accounts in the assigned territory. The role focuses on approved indications that affect eye conditions, providing technical and clinical product knowledge and support while utilizing Regeneron marketing and operations resources to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction. This Role May Be For You If You Have experience in biologics and buy‑and‑bill products. Can demonstrate a history of high sales performance. Have experience with reimbursement programs, government programs, managed care, formulary, and contract negotiation. To be considered, you must have a BA/BS in science or business (master’s degree a plus). You also need a minimum of five years of specialty sales experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry. Ophthalmology and/or buy‑and‑bill with relevant retina experience is preferred.
