Geography Miami, Orlando, FL, Puerto Rico Job Overview The Hematology Oncology Account Specialist engages hematologists and other oncology customers within the specified geography. The role supports the launch of Multiple Myeloma products by presenting clinically focused selling messages to build revenue and consistently deliver product goals. Initiative, drive, and independence are essential for ownership and outstanding account‑management selling skills. Collaboration with Reimbursement and Access Specialists, Regional Science Managers, and other partners is required to effectively address customer needs and ensure compliance with all policies and therapeutic area regulations. Typical Day Engage hematology experts and key oncology customers in the assigned region, delivering clinically focused messages for two bispecific agents targeting MM. Work with Regional Directors, Territory Oncology Account Specialists, and Reimbursement Specialists to resolve customer needs, identify market dynamics, and develop brand‑supporting strategies. Build strong relationships with designated accounts and specialists. Conduct market profiling to understand local healthcare delivery, influencers, and payer systems. Identify business opportunities within accounts and coordinate efforts with the Regeneron Oncology account team, including supporting contracting pull‑through. Map relationships within each account to align approved Regeneron oncology resources with customer objectives. Demonstrate compliance with regulations and policies governing customer interactions. This Role Might Be For You If You have proven advanced clinically based and account‑based selling skills. You have a track record of consistent sales performance in complex markets while operating with high integrity within compliance guidelines. You are results‑oriented and have experience with product launches. You possess strong analytical, problem‑solving, and planning skills. Requirements • Bachelor's degree (Master's or additional advanced education/certifications preferred). Minimum of 5 years of successful oncology sales experience, with a focus on hematology‑oncology. Buy‑and‑bill experience with biologics required. Minimum of 3 years working with key thought leaders or high‑influence customers in group practices, academic hospitals, or key institutions. Current account management experience with large oncology group practices or integrated delivery networks. Strong understanding of the hematology‑oncology therapeutic area and the oncology marketplace. Leadership and collaboration across reporting structures. Passion for science and proactive learning. Ability to travel and cover large geographic territories.
