Are you passionate about crafting delicious dishes and working in a fast-paced, dynamic kitchen? B2 Bistro + Bar North Brunswick is looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our talented culinary team. Located in the heart of North Brunswick, NJ, we pride ourselves on serving fresh, innovative cuisine in a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.
What You’ll Be Doing:As a Line Cook at B2 Bistro + Bar, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every dish leaving our kitchen meets our high standards of quality and presentation. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking menu items with precision and consistency.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of your workstation.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assisting with inventory management and restocking as needed.
We’re seeking a skilled and motivated individual who thrives in a team-oriented environment. To be successful in this role, you should have:
- At least 1 year of experience cooking on the line in a sit-down restaurant.
- A strong understanding of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
- The ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure setting.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- A passion for food and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
- Serv Safe certified is a plus
