Full-Time Line CookSpringdale Golf Club, located in Princeton, NJ, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Full-Time Line Cook! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you'll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Compensation: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour Key Responsibilities:Learn and maintain standards in food production and qualityExpedite orders in a timely mannerPractice proper sanitation and cleanliness standardsExecute scheduled banquet functionsMaintain professional relationships with fellow associatesAssist in reducing waste and lossCommunicate equipment repair needs to the chefActively participate in training effortsIncorporate safe work practices in job performanceAttend staff meetingsCheck and date all deliveries and report any variances to the chef in chargeVerify all coolers are at proper temperatures and cleaned dailyProcess inventory requisitions and receive supplies as neededPrepare food according to production forecasts and plansFollow established recipes to ensure product consistencyEducation/Experience: Associate's degree in Culinary Arts and two years of culinary experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Certificates/Licenses: ServSafe certification preferred.
