Visual Lead: Dynamic Merch & Guest Experience

ALO is seeking a Visual Lead to drive store sales and profitability through expert Visual Merchandising in partnership with the Management Team. The role requires dynamic movement on the floor and collaboration with Operations & Visual Managers to optimize product placement and stock levels. The Visual Lead will guide team members, coordinate floor sets, and ensure visual standards are upheld while supporting budgeting, scheduling, and daily store operations to deliver exceptional guest #J-18808-Ljbffr ALO
