STEAKHOUSE CHEF FOR DALLAS, TX
Our ideal candidate is an Experienced Chef with Stable tenure and a background in fine dining , high volume steakhouses . Our efficient kitchen has been running smoothly under our long term chef who has just retired. It would be nice to welcome a leader who can continue the eager to learn. wanting to be inspired and cohesive BOH staff that works in harmony with the FOH
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Executive Chef Steakhouse experience
- Experience in leading and supervising junior chefs
- Experience working within budget constraints
