Compensation $25 for every qualified estimate appointment that is completed; $50 for every appointment that turns into a completed service job; weekly performance bonuses available; no cap on earnings. Earnings Examples 1 completed job = $50. 3 completed jobs = $150. 10 completed jobs = $500. 20 completed jobs = $1,000+. Qualifications Friendly and personable. Comfortable speaking with homeowners.
