Senior Regional Facilities Manager

CSL Behring seeks a Senior Regional Facilities Manager to lead facilities operations across multiple biotech sites. You will oversee building maintenance, utilities, EHS coordination, vendor contract management, and capital projects to ensure compliant, reliable facilities that support lifesaving therapies. Responsibilities include developing regional facilities strategies, negotiating and managing service contracts, optimizing preventive maintenance, managing budgets, and coordinating with Quality, Manufacturing, and EHS. You will lead vendors and local site teams, drive continuous improvement, support audits, and ensure GMP, safety, and regulatory standards are met in a patient-focused, science-driven environment.
