What You’ll Do

As a Shift Lead, you will take ownership of your shift, ensuring both your team and guests enjoy the best experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage team members during shifts to ensure smooth operations
• Act as manager in charge when store leadership is not present
• Maintain store cleanliness, follow food safety standards, and manage cash handling procedures
• Drive sales performance and ensure guest satisfaction
• Assist with training, onboarding, and coaching team members
• Open or close the store as needed and handle any guest concerns

What We’re Looking For

• At least 18 years old
• Previous  leadership or supervisory experience (retail or food service preferred)
• Excellent  communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to  work flexible hours , including weekends and holidays
• Physical ability to  lift 30–50 lbs , stand, bend, and move throughout shifts
• Passion for Jamba’s brand, products, and guest service
