Multi-Site Laboratory Operations Director

Astera Cancer Care

SunState Medical Specialists in Florida is seeking a Lab Manager to provide operational, quality, and regulatory leadership for laboratory services across multiple physician-owned practice locations. You will ensure safe, accurate, compliant, and efficient testing and lead standardization of workflows and processes. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in medical laboratory science and 5–7 years of leadership experience, with CLIA/CAP knowledge and a commitment to ongoing staff development. #J-18808-Ljbffr Astera Cancer Care
