Senior Account Manager - Commercial Lines

Senior Account Manager – Commercial Lines (Hybrid) Responsible for servicing assigned accounts with designated Producers. Account rounding and development of new business in accordance with the company’s practices, policies, and procedures. Responsibilities Review and analyze commercial accounts for coverage, limits, and provide recommendations to clients. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure all service needs are met. Generate new business from existing accounts and assigned leads to meet departmental production goals. Gather information from clients and prepare applications for submission to the marketing department regarding new and renewal coverage. Prepare client proposals based on client needs, rates, and coverages. Handle all transactions for assigned accounts, including applications, certificates of insurance, invoices, and forms. Maintain accurate data in the agency management system. Manage collections of premiums due as needed. Demonstrate understanding of business and earnings implications of the company. Stay informed of industry changes and trends to anticipate and respond to profit objectives. Perform other responsibilities as assigned by management. Qualifications Five years of experience in commercial insurance. Thorough knowledge of commercial lines coverages and markets. Producer's license. Experience with Microsoft Office products. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, and team‑working skills. Strong attention to detail and customer focus. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. 5-7 years of relevant experience (required). High school diploma or equivalent (required). Negligible travel required. Hybrid work schedule. Salary Expected salary range: $72,000 annually - $128,000 annually, based on skills, experience, and location. Benefits Health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
