Duties:
- Utilize retail math skills to analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase revenue.
- Utilize phone etiquette to communicate effectively with customers, provide product information, and handle customer inquiries.
- Consulting Clients on aftermarket products including Vehicle Service Contracts as well as finance products.
- Manage inventory merchandising, ensuring that stock levels are optimized and that inventory is accurately tracked.
- Utilize automotive sales knowledge to provide customers with personalized product recommendations.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive experience when interacting with the company.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to build trust and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and implement sales strategies that drive results.
