Looking for a kitchen job where you can stay active, work with a great team, and be part of what makes Via 313 pizza so good? Our Pizza Dough Prep Crew plays a huge role in every pizza we serve—because great Detroit-style pizza starts with great dough.

Compensation

$16–$19 per hour Starting pay is based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, kitchen, prep, bakery, or food production experience preferred, but not required
• Current Colorado Food Handler Certificate (or ability to obtain after hire)
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Ability to follow recipes, prep procedures, and food safety standards
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive kitchen prep tasks
• Ability to safely lift and move ingredients, dough, and kitchen supplies as required

A Day in the Life

Every great Via 313 pizza starts before it ever hits the oven. As part of our Pizza Dough Prep Crew, you'll help prepare the dough that becomes the foundation of the Detroit-style pizza our guests know and love.

Your day may include:

• Preparing pizza dough according to Via 313 recipes and standards
• Measuring and mixing ingredients accurately
• Portioning, weighing, shaping, and storing dough
• Following proper proofing, rotation, labeling, and storage procedures
• Preparing ingredients and completing additional kitchen prep as needed
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and food-safe prep area
• Following food safety, sanitation, and recipe standards
• Stocking and organizing ingredients and supplies
• Working with the kitchen team to make sure restaurants are prepared for service
• Jumping in wherever the team needs you

Paid Time Off
Full-time hourly team members averaging 30+ hours per week receive:

• 40 hours of PTO after one year of employment

Colorado Paid Sick Leave (HFWA)

In accordance with Colorado's Healthy Families and Workplaces Act (HFWA):

• Accrue 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked, up to 48 hours per year
• Accrual begins on your first day of employment
• Sick leave may be used for your own health needs, to care for a family member, or for other qualifying reasons under Colorado law
• Unused leave carries over from year to year, with annual usage limits as provided by law
• Additional leave may be available during qualifying public health emergencies
