Job Description

The Pizza Cook will play a key role in ensuring the timely preparation of high-quality pizzas in a fast-paced pizzeria environment. This position requires skill in dough handling, primarily stretching dough by hand only , topping assembly, and oven operation while maintaining strict sanitation and kitchen safety standards.

Responsibilities

Prepare ingredients and assemble pizza toppings efficiently
Handle and shape dough to meet quality standards
Operate pizza oven safely and effectively
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen area
Ensure compliance with kitchen safety protocols

Preferred Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in food preparation
