Cabinet Assembler

Express Employment Professionals

Pay: $22.00–$25.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Employment Type: Full-time
Overtime: Available as needed

Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Cabinet Assemblers for a reputable cabinetry manufacturing and distribution company. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, using tools, and contributing to the production of high-quality kitchen and bath cabinetry.

The Cabinet Assembler will be responsible for assembling, inspecting, and finishing cabinets according to established procedures and quality standards. Candidates must be safety-conscious, reliable, and willing to assist in other warehouse departments as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble cabinets using established procedures, hand tools, power tools, and appropriate hardware.
• Inspect materials and completed products to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Follow production guidelines to meet daily output goals and deadlines.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Properly maintain tools and equipment and report malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to maintain productivity and quality standards.
• Assist in other warehouse or production departments as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Previous experience in cabinet assembly, manufacturing, carpentry, woodworking, or production is beneficial.
• Cabinetmaking or carpentry training is a plus.
• Ability to safely operate hand tools and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a consistent work schedule.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds.
• Safety shoes are required.
• Willingness to work in other warehouse departments based on business needs.

Schedule and Work Environment

• Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM.
• Overtime may be required based on production needs.
• Hands-on manufacturing and warehouse environment.
• Must follow all safety procedures and production requirements.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay range: $22.00–$29.25 per hour , depending on experience and qualifications.
