Customer Experience and Membership Advisor

Enjoy access to training, coaching, and mentorship to grow your career. Our client operates Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST, and Saturday/Sunday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly voice our clients’ members rely on. In this fast-paced role, you’ll help customers with their classic auto insurance questions, resolve concerns, and make every interaction feel effortless. Put customers first and take action to improve their experience Follow on-call procedures and document every interaction Move quickly through multiple systems, dual monitors, and virtual desktops Meet program metrics and customer satisfaction targets Work within a highly structured role with set start/ends times and scheduled breaks Stay fully present and engaged throughout your shift 6+ months in a call-center experience 1+ year of customer service experience Knowledge of cars and/or interest in learning about cars Ability to navigate multiple computer systems Experience in a virtual desktop environment Distraction-free remote workspace High school diploma or GED Participate in virtual interviews using a computer with a working camera
