Order Processing Specialist
Virtual Vocations Inc
Supporting tax professionals in a full-time seasonal capacity, the Order Processing Specialist will assist customers with order placements, troubleshoot account issues, and ensure a smooth order process while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound calls to assist customers with order placements and inquiries regarding products and services Troubleshoot account issues and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and efficient order processing Maintain customer information in the order processing system and follow up proactively on order confirmations Required Qualifications Proven experience in a customer service or order processing role in a customer-facing capacity Experience using CRM or order management software, with preference for Salesforce Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly
