Job Overview A law firm seeks a mid-level Corporate Attorney with expertise in capital markets and securities to join its team in Boulder, Colorado. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in debt and equity capital market deals, public and private securities offerings, joint ventures, disclosures, and SEC regulation. Duties Advise clients on securities and capital markets transactions. Assist with public and private securities offerings. Collaborate on joint ventures and disclosures. Ensure compliance with SEC regulations. Participate in general corporate governance work. Requirements 3-5 years of experience in a top-tier law firm. Experience in securities and capital markets. Familiarity with M&A transactions is beneficial. Strong written and oral communication skills. Team-oriented with excellent professional recommendations. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction. Skills Proficiency in SEC compliance and capital markets.
