Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team Lead

Relocation Assistance: $3,500

Tillamook Family Counseling Center (TFCC)

Lead a high‑impact clinical team while enjoying the exceptional quality of life on Oregon’s beautiful North Coast. As TFCC’s ACT Team Lead, you will guide a skilled multidisciplinary team through complex clinical decision‑making, oversee program fidelity, and strengthen service delivery of holistic recovery-oriented care for adults with severe & persistent mental health needs. This leadership role is ideal for an experienced clinician who values collaborative teamwork, system‑level impact, and the opportunity to live and work in a supportive, close‑knit coastal community.

Duties & Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Clinical Oversight

• Provide clinical supervision and ensure adequate staffing coverage for the ACT team.
• Lead daily team meetings that promote coordination, collaboration, and clinical excellence.
• Maintain accurate, timely supervision documentation.

Clinical Operations & Program Management

• Oversee assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing clinical review.
• Coordinate staff training, coaching, and technical assistance.
• Ensure ACT program fidelity and high‑quality service delivery.

Collaboration & Community Partnership

• Educate community partners about the ACT model and support strong interagency relationships.
• Maintain communication with OCEACT for program consultation and fidelity support.
• Organize, track, and report program data to CPCCO and OCEACT.

Qualifications

Required Education & Experience

• Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, nursing, or social work.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience.
• Strong clinical skills treating individuals with severe and persistent mental illness.
• Experience supervising clinical staff in a community mental health setting.
• Knowledge of the ACT model and commitment to its philosophy.

• Effective leadership, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills.
• High attention to detail.

Preferred

• Bilingual (Spanish).
• Experience using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.

Working Conditions

This is a full‑time position involving both office‑based and community‑based work. A valid driver’s license is required.
