QUALIFICATIONS Previous telemarketing or sales experience preferred; Communication and persuasion skills; proficiency in using CRM software. Willingness to learn basic product knowledge of insurance products. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Organizational skills to manage and track multiple leads. Professional and courteous telephone manner. Focus on achieving targets and contributing to the agency’s growth. Flexible work from home options available.
