General Manager – Management Training Program Our Management Training program mentors you through 9–12 months of hands‑on experience to equip you to run your own dealership as a General Manager. Key Responsibilities Provide guidance and strategic planning for the dealership concerning sales goals. Achieve sales volume and profitability objectives utilizing all sales channels in a continually changing environment. Implement and execute all company‑wide marketing initiatives to maximize their impact and help meet or exceed sales goals. Train and develop employees to advance through a career path. Identify referral source prospects, develop relationship strategies, and monitor referral source relationships. Conduct sales meetings to motivate staff and share successful selling techniques. Develop and enhance customer relationships by establishing, promoting, and maintaining excellent customer service with sales operations. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus). 5+ years of management experience, preferably as a General Manager, Retail Manager, or Multi‑Unit Manager. Ability and willingness to relocate out of state after certification as a GM (post 9–12 month training). Relocation assistance will be provided.
