What you’ll do We are seeking a detail-oriented and execution-focused Operations Associate to support global licensing strategy, regulatory applications and communications, and license maintenance for our stablecoin and related financial services products. This role will work cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance, Product, and external counsel to prepare, submit, and manage regulatory applications across multiple jurisdictions. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone with experience in financial services licensing, fintech, payments, banking, or digital assets who thrives in fast-paced, evolving regulatory environments. What we’re looking for 5-10 years of experience in financial services licensing, regulatory compliance, fintech, payments, banking, or digital assets. Familiarity with regulatory regimes such as money transmission, e-money, VASP/virtual asset licensing, or similar frameworks. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent regulatory workstreams. Nice to have, but not mandatory Experience working at a fintech, crypto, stablecoin, payments, or banking institution. Exposure to global licensing regimes (U.S. state MTLs, EU EMI/PI licenses, MAS, FCA, VARA, etc.). Experience coordinating with regulators or external counsel. Understanding of AML/CFT, sanctions compliance, and risk frameworks. Legal or compliance background (JD not required).
