Overview Sage Specialty Hospital (LTAC) in Denham Springs, LA, is hiring full-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for night shift. Communicates with attending physicians and other team members to coordinate optimal care for the patient/family. Documents all services provided and reports changes in patient condition to the RN. Demonstrates good time management and prioritization to meet patient needs. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Current and active Louisiana LPN license Current CPR certification Ability to work a flexible schedule including 12-hour shifts Dependable transportation EEO: Exceptional People providing Exceptional Care.
