Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests with enthusiasm and genuine hospitality upon arrival and departure
• Create emotional connections through eye contact, smiling, and attentive service
• Deliver accurate orders and maintain speed and quality standards
• Handle cash and credit transactions responsibly
• Multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Issue gift cards and assist with guest inquiries
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with guests and team members
• Honor and uphold the vision and values of the Chick-fil-A brand

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Willing and able to work a flexible schedule
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods of time
