This role is located in Lake Mary, FL.In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Build high-performance solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE platform, powering Sales, Service, and strategic workflowsDeliver modern apps using Power Platform tools — from model-driven apps to advanced Power Automate flows and low-code logicCraft clean, secure customizations using C# plugins, custom connectors, JavaScript, and PCF controlsOwn DevOps and ALM: automate deployments, manage managed solutions, and ensure quality with every releaseCollaborate directly with business and architecture to turn complex needs into elegant, scalable experiencesTroubleshoot issues with precision, improve platform health with telemetry, and continuously raise the technical barTo be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required5 or more years of experience in software development required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plusExperience building in Dynamics 365 CE, Power Apps, and Power AutomateDeep technical understanding of Dataverse, Azure, Plugins, BPFs, security models, and integration patternsConfidence in building with REST APIs, Graph API, and delivering secure, scalable business logicExperience with Azure DevOps, Jira, solution layering, and agile product development.Technical expertise in set up of DevOps Pipelines.A passion for clean architecture, secure-by-design engineering, and continuous deliveryYou care about performance, governance, and how platforms scale in regulated enterprise environmentsAt BNY, our culture speaks for itself, check out the latest BNY news at:BNY NewsroomBNY LinkedIn Here’s a few of our recent awards: America’s Most Innovative Companies, Fortune, 2025World’s Most Admired Companies, Fortune 2025“Most Just Companies”, Just Capital and CNBC, 2025
