Registered Nurse – Meeker Variable Part‑time role located in Meeker, Colorado, United States. Position type: Variable/PRN. Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated palliative care nurse who can apply the skills and knowledge garnered over their career. About HopeWest HopeWest is a non‑profit organization that has delivered county‑wide hospice, palliative care, and bereavement services for over thirty years through a workforce of 450 employees and more than a thousand volunteers. Job Responsibilities Provide patient care to registered patients across all age groups. Deliver palliative care presentations and information as needed. Utilize the nursing process to create individualized care plans for patients and their families. Availability Must be available for a minimum of 24 hours of work per month, including at least one weekend shift. General availability is required, with detailed scheduling submitted a month before the month’s schedule. PRN nurses may be scheduled up to the 24 hours per month, subject to shift availability. Requirements Unrestricted RN license in the State of Colorado. Valid Colorado driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto‑insurance coverage. Compliance with training requirements for the RN (PRN) program. Minimum one year of experience, preferred acute‑care setting.
