ITAD Production Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an ITAD Production Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) production team. This role ensures that all IT assets are processed efficiently, securely, and in compliance with industry standards and company policies. The ITAD Production Lead will lead a team of technicians to ensure the smooth flow of operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead the ITAD production team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and adherence to safety protocols.
• Process Management: Oversee the entire ITAD production process including, but not limited to: Sorting, Testing, Erasure, Imaging, Validation, Remote Management and Clean and Prep.
• Quality Control:
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure all IT assets are processed according to company standards and client requirements including but not limited to ensuring jobs are completed on-time.
• Compliance: Ensure all ITAD activities comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies, including data security and environmental regulations.

Qualifications:

Education: High School degree

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in ITAD operations or a similar role. Preferred at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership position.

Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in IT asset management software.

Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Comp TIA A+ is a must.

Knowledge: In-depth understanding of IT asset disposition processes, data security practices, and environmental regulations.

Working Conditions:

Environment: Warehouse or production facility environment with exposure to various IT equipment.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move IT equipment, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
