A leading national law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate to join its Minneapolis office. The successful candidate will advise clients on acquisitions and dispositions, commercial leasing, financing transactions, development projects, joint ventures, and the real estate components of complex corporate transactions. Requirements J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials. Active bar admission in Minnesota or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.
