ResponsibilitiesEngage with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences for a new vehicle.
Provide expert product knowledge on the Volkswagen lineup, highlighting features and benefits.
Conduct professional and informative test drives.
Guide customers through the sales process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with the finance department to finalize sales agreements.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Volkswagen models, features, and market trends.
RequirementsProven track record in automotive sales, preferably with luxury brands.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
A genuine passion for the automotive industry and customer service.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales management software.
