About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Gift Planning. The successful candidate will be a seasoned professional with a collaborative approach, serving as a planned giving expert and frontline fundraiser. Responsibilities include creating and managing a portfolio of 50 to 75 prospects and donors, leading face-to-face solicitations for gifts ranging from six to seven figures, and ultimately securing transformational commitments to support the institution's mission.
